We're excited that your child is joining us for Vacation Bible School this summer from June 29th - July 3rd!
"Illumination Station" VBS will ask the most important question ever; Who is Jesus? If we really want to know Jesus we should listen to who his best friends said he is, hear who he said he is, and then see how he proved it! At Illumination station, we will highlight these questions with groovy worship songs, amazing Bible adventures and exciting crafts and games! All the while, we will ask big questions about Jesus and get real, proven answers to shine a light on who Jesus REALLY is!
To make sure that we're ready, we ask that you fill out the following registration form so that we can plan for your child and their needs when they arrive on the first day. VBS is open to any child who is entering Senior Kindergarten up to those chldren entering into Grade 6 in September 2026. If you have questions about this, please contact the church so that we can help you.

- Any medical information collected here serves to authorize our staff/volunteers to obtain medical assistance in the case of emergency.

Purpose and Extent
Calvary Baptist Church, Gravenhurst is collecting and retaining this personal information for the purpose of enrolling your child in our programs, to assign the student to the appropriate classes, to develop and nurture ongoing relationships with you and your child, and to inform you of program updates and upcoming opportunities at our Church. This information will be maintained indefinitely as it is a requirement of our insurance company and legal counsel. If you wish Calvary Baptist Church to limit the information collected, or to view your child’s information, please contact us.
Medical Release
I/we, the parents or guardians named above, authorize Brennan Anderson (Pastor of Family Ministries) or one of the Calvary staff/volunteers to sign consent for medical treatment and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant named in this form.
Indemnification
I/we, the parents or guardians named above, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold blameless Calvary Baptist Church, Gravenhurst, the Board of Elected Elders and Ministry Personnel from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of Calvary Baptist Church, Gravenhurst, as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing the church. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in or travelling to or from events of Calvary Baptist Church, Gravenhurst.
Media Release
